Professional career:
Raivydas Rukštelė started his professional career as a legal advocate as head jurisconsult of the Vilnius Municipal Law Department juridical office in 1997. In 1998, he was the senior advisor for the Vilnius Municipal Law Department. In 1999, he was designated as an acting Law Department deputy director in the same institution. In 2000, R. Rukštelė became director of the Vilnius Municipal Law Department. Raivydas Rukštelė worked as an attorney’s assistant in law firm “Lideika, Petrauskas, Valiūnas and partners”. In 2004 he became one of the partners of law firm “Acta Juris”.

Education: Received his Master’s degree from the Vilnius University Faculty of Law in 2000, and a bachelor’s degree from the Vilnius University Faculty of History in 1997.	Languages: - Lithuanian - German - Russian
Professional career: Arturas Kalytis started his career in 1998 as a lawyer in the “Sostinės Vartai” limited company. He then worked as a juridical lawyer and staff director in the “Vilniaus Autobusai” limited company from 1998 till 2004. In 2004, Arturas Kalytis was called to the Bar and founded the “Acta Juris” law firm. Education: Graduated from the Vilnius University Faculty of Law in 2000. He received a Master of Law degree (LL.M., Magister Legum Litterarum) from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe Universitaet Frankfurt am Main in 2006.	Languages: - Lithuanian - English - German - Russian
Professional career: Advocate Deivis Valiulis started his professional career in CB “Lietuvos Žemės Ūkio Bankas” in 1998. He performed practice in the “A.Paulauskas and partners” professional association of advocates in 2000. In 2001, the advocate worked in Parliament and became the general counselor of the Parliament National Security and Defense Committee.
